Athletes train through collegiate-level skill progressions while engaging in fast-paced games and team challenges built to keep the environment energetic, inclusive, and fun.

Enrollment is limited to 45 participants total across both age groups, so every athlete gets real reps, real feedback, and a genuinely memorable experience. Open to girls in grades 3–8, all experience levels welcome.
